<p>The Vancouver PHP conference will be hosting core PHP developers including the founder Rasmus Lerdorf who works at Yahoo, experts from France and Germany, and also developers from Zend, MySql, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, php|architect, eZ systems to mention a few companies.</p>
<p>Topics for presentation include web services, unicoding, rapid application, drupal module development, rich internet applications, open sourcing and licensing.</p>
<h3>Registration for the Vancouver PHP Users Conference is now online.</h3>
<p>Regular fee for attendance is $150 CDN.</p>
<p>As this conference is volunteer driven, it can afford to charge a low entrance fee, as it brings together the brightest minds in the PHP community from around the world.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The PHPClasses site is launching a new feature that allows class authors to submit tutorial videos about their packages, in order to provide greater interest to the package users.</p>
<p>This post also explains how to use screencasting programs to produce and distribute videos that capture slide presentations and live demonstration of class packages or other software running in a desktop machine, without the need to use video cameras or expensive hardware.</p>
<p>It is also explained how to submit tutorial screencast videos to the PHPClasses site, and use video section links to provide good navigation to browse each section of a tutorial video.</p>
